Our patients are provided educational materials at the onset of therapy initiation, pharmacist patient counseling 24 hours a day 7 days a week, consistent monthly contact, thorough medication review and consultation with the healthcare team. Web-based information access and manufacturer-supported programs are presented to the patient and healthcare team to offer disease management and reimbursement support.
